Villa Rules
- Check In after 2 pm & Check Out 11 am.
- Proof of ID is mandatory for each person staying at the Villa.
- Tea marks, food marks, temporary tattoo marks are permanent. Kindly use the linen nicely. If we find any permanent marks on the linen we would charge Rs.300/pillow cover, Rs.500/towel, Rs.1000/bedsheet, Rs.1500/dovet cover.
- Rs. 1500/key will be charged if you loss the villa/room key.
- Non-Resident guests are not allowed in the villa without the permission of the villa manager. Permission will be granted after a valid ID of the guest is submitted.
- Guests are requested not to assign any duties to the housekeeping staff from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Loud music or any noise is not allowed after 10 pm as per government rules.
- Daily housekeeping service is available between 9 am – 5 pm.
- Breakfast/lunch and dinner services will be provided for 3 hours each. 3 hours time starts from the first serve.
- If any glass/plate/bottle etc is broken inside the swimming pool, Rs.15000 will be charged as we will have to refill the entire pool and get special cleaning done.
- Help us to save our environment and conserve water; we do not support excess waste. Hence, don’t misuse the linen and towels.
- We are a NON SMOKING zone. Smoking is therefore prohibited in the rooms.
- Food is not allowed inside the rooms.
- Kindly shut off all air-conditioners and hot water geysers when not in use to help stop global warming.
- Drugs, arms and ammunition are not allowed within the villa premises.
- The guest(s) shall be liable for losses or damages caused by them, their employees, assistants with respect to the villa property and assets.
- The management assumes no responsibility for loss or damages of valuables; kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings.
- The management will be not responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from use of any of the villa facilities or for accidents occurring from the villa premises.
- The management is not responsible if the guest indulges in any illegal activities.
- Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and will be chargeable by the management.
- Cancellation policy -
30 days prior check in-full advance will be returned.
15 days prior check in-50% of the advance will be returned.
Within 15 days of check in-No refund.
